votives and tarts

I have never made the tarts and votives (I thought I did because I put them in a voitive container). I guess votives are the kind that you can "put" into a votive container to burn. I guess tarts are for using in a container that uses tealights to burn. Am I correct? I would like to make these too if they are not too much trouble.

Tarts are pretty simple... and very hard to mess up. :D

You will need some tart molds... or you can make them in paper cups as described in another part of our forum.
