Could someone tell me how much fragrance should be added to make a tealight candle? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I have not tried that wax but definitely will on my next order. Your site is very impressive, I like the way you have the image beside the description, it makes it more appealing to the customer. I am not up to that yet, I am just learning how to put a website together. Hopefully, some day, I will be able to do more with mine. I am hooked on making candles so I will have to get that site more customer friendly.

I make alot of tea lights and use the crystal clear containers. I use a Joy Wax (NG) and soy blend with htp wicking. I use the same amount of scent that I do in votives and they burn nicely. Of course, it takes more than 1 tealight to scent a room but they burn all the way down with nothing left!

Thanks anyway. I have found that when I make other candles, I have wax left. I am going to use that wax for tealights. They will be great for samples.

Tea Lights

Elaine, sorry no one has gotten to you with an answer. I don't make tea lights so I can't be of any help, I'm not even sure if you are to use, container or votive wax. The melt pool would be so small, I don't think that the scent throw would be that great, but they would be good for samples. Darn, now I'm going to have to experiment with tea lights.

Why, oh why do I attempt to answer questions I know nothing about.
