Soy Wax Candle Forum - Online resource for soy candle makers

I am new at making soy candles and we love to burn candles but after reading of the bad stuff that gets into the air and then finding that my husband has cancer it made me more determined to try it.
I ordered a kit on e-bay with wax (I don't know what kind) and wicks - also have no idea of size etc and some very small samples of oil. I have purchased other fragrance oils but nothing I have tried to date has given a nice even burn and a decent scent throw.
I just purchased a large quantity of Enchanted Lites container wax after much research and several types of wicks. I like the larger jar type of candles. Can anyone suggest a book or website or anything where I can find the right combination? I would also like to mix essential oils. I live In Massachusetts and there is only Michael's as a place you might find a couple of candle supplies if you're lucky, but also very expensive.
