I have purchased fragrance from Candle Science but I have not tried their wax yet. I've been getting my wax from Candle Wealth, It's called NV'Soy wax and I love it, I have not had any problems, they sell containers wax and votive wax, non leaded wicks, containers, fragrance, etc., they have a small sample pack you can purchase. But it is a membership only kinda of thing, but you can join for free, and then try their sample pack.

New to soy candle making and I'm having some trouble :(

I have never had any experience with the microwave waxes, but I'll try to address the other problems and questions you have:

Sinking: Multi-pour waxes tend to sink a lot - these waxes require a second pour to make the top flat. Also, sinking can be reduced in container candles by pouring at a lower temperature.

Frosting: The annoying whiteness on the top of your candles. This is quite common with some waxes, and not with others. I know there are additives that will supposedly stop this, but I have never used them. I accept the fact that some soy waxes will do this, and go on with it. I don't find that the frosting affects the saleability of my candles.

Not Sticking: To me, this suggests that the wax you got is not really a container wax, but more like a votive wax. The good container waxes stick like crazy. I personally recommend Cargill NatureWax C-3 for good sticking, but it frosts badly. A lot of people are recommending GoldenWax 464 or 444 - I have samples on the way, but I have not tried it yet. For a site that has all of these waxes, and a fair amount of information on them, I recommend www.candlescience.com .
