Purchased GB 464 Soy, with ECO 14 wicks. Followed advice from supplier to the T, but no hot throw. Played with temps, but didnt change wick size and now learn that the wick may be too big?

I am using recycled soup/veggie cans 2.5 - 3 inches in diameter and small mouth jar containers. There are so so many variables and some information is somewhat conflicting.
I have an event coming up within the next 6 weeks and need to get this right. Dont want to be selling a "bad batch". I am determined to make this work but would truly appreciate any direction from someone willing to share their findings.
I have already spent so much time and money.
