Soy Wax Candle Forum - Online resource for soy candle makers

Can anyone please help. Every time we make a soy candle, we end up with the jar looking like this! we have tried all sorts of melting, cooling, pouring temperatures, we have tried different amount of fragrance oil etc, but still get the same result. we are new to this but want to make a business out of it. could this type of finish be sold as natural for soy candles or is it too extreme. any help would be gratefully received!
