Essentail Oil Scent Throw

Hello. Any further thoughts or tips on how to improve the scent throw of a soy candle using EO's? I realize that using EO's results in a more delicate scent, but though my wax smells great, the scent throw is almost non-existent! I have purchase soy candles with EO's, that have had a good scent throw, but I cannot seem to acheive this with my own.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! SKW

When you add the oils add at a temp 105 degrees to 110 degrees and mix well. I let cool off at 100 degrees to pour. I also heat wax around 150 degrees. I hope this will help. I also mix my own essential oils.

Thanks for the silkyscents link, but that is where I have been getting the oils and carriers from. They smell great if you smell the candle, once lit you have to be next to it to smell it. No matter how much scent I add.

Go the a website called www.silkyscents.net It has been some time that I went there. but the have a conversion chart for essenital oils, How many drops make a tsp or tbsp. I make a small 4oz jar. but to make a 8oz jar which the scent throw will due a 13x20 room. The conversion chart will help. You will have to text different size jars and how much eo you will need.
I hope that helps

I am having the same problems and wish there was someone out there to help us. I have added carrier oils and extra scent and still only strong enough to scent the surrounding area not the whole house like my fragrance blends I use.
