A lot depends on the specific Soy wax you are using as well as the amount of FO added per pound of wax. Here is what works for me.
Wax: Ecosoya Xcel (for containers) or Ecosoya PB (for pillars)
FO: Candle Science at 1oz per pound of wax
Wick: LX series
I melt to 185F then remove from heat and add FO.
Remove from heat.
Stir until I see that it is fully integrated then add liquid dye (2 to 6 drops per pound of wax).
Cool to about 140 then stir once more and pour. (depending of the temp of my pouring room)

CT and HT are both good for most scents.

I have googled
It depends on the type of wax, I found that you can ad oil at 160, my work fine, hot and cold throw are excellent.
