Hiya from an Aussie Soy Candlemaker
A few days ago I made some candles in mosaic containers. They set fine and I did the hairdryer over the top trick to make them look nice for photos for my site.
Yesterday, 2 days after they'd been poured, I noticed that there was wet wax around the inside edge of 3 out of 4 of them. It has been warm here but definitely not hot weather. I always cover my candles with a cardboard box while they're setting.
Any clues as to why this has happened? I've been making candles for a year now and have never seen this before :?

Are you sure it was wet wax and not fragrance oil leeching out of the wax?
Do you weigh your fragrance oil? some fragrance oils are heavier than others, so you should always weight them. Use 1.5 oz. wt. per pound of soy wax. If you use too much fragrance oil, it can leech out the top. It will look like drops of wet wax.
