Is anyone else having a problem getting a good scent throw from Enchanted Lite Millennium Soy Blend Wax

Hi Everyone,
I have been making candles for about four months, I know, a newbie. I am quickly becoming addicted to this new hobby, I love it! My best friend tells me that I am going to have to find a twelve step program because I keep ordering fragrances. I have been having a problem getting a strong hot throw with this wax. I am using Enchanted Lite Millennium Soy Blend Wax. I am following all the directions and I have tried many different fragrances from different vendors. The fragrances smell very strong oob but the scent doesn't fill my room like I think it should. I am using the wick that I was told would work best, 51-31-18. I have a great melt pool, melting all the way across, about 1/2 inch deep after burning three hours in a three inch container. The flame is nice and smooth but just not a strong throw. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I am thinking about changing my brand of soy wax but I don't know which one would be the best. Does anyone have any ideals?

A Start

I'm new as well but hopefully can help a little. I have fallen in love with this wax until I find something better because it is a nice happy medium when weighing the pros and cons. Of only the 16 scents I've tried, Love Spell throws the best. The owner of the store I sell it in had it lit and sold out because the customers noticed and liked the scent. Buttercream is next best. Customers walk in and notice it to a point that I can tell in sales when she's got one burning. Apple Pie depends on the brand. Apple Spice was on sale and for good reason. Can't smell a thing. Hot Apple Pie with the buttery undertones is pretty good and was worth the extra cost. Baby Powder throws well as does Merlot.

Can't smell a thing with Citrus, Sunflower (also called Tuscany by different distributors using the same supplier), and Fresh Baked Bread is hit and miss but mainly a miss.

Hope that helps as a start.

I heard Palm Wax throws better and am trying a batch of it tonight.
